The BIG JOY Journal features 90 journaling prompts and activities designed to empower children to realize their potential by deepening their understanding of emotional intelligence and helping them develop a positive mindset.
Through fun illustrations and engaging journaling prompts, The BIG JOY Journal turns education into a uniquely creative journey, and is designed for kids in elementary school, typically ages 5-10.
WHY THE BIG JOY JOURNAL?
According to the National Institute of Health, developing emotional Intelligence at an early age has been as one of the most important predictors of mental health, and academic or professional success.
So Surrendered Artist has created The BIG JOY Journal, inspired to be an accompaniment tool for the Journaling For Joy workshop, and is designed to be a powerful independent resource for young people.
